However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, photography, screen brightness, editing, or manual measurement.

Product colors, textures, and finishes may appear slightly different in person compared to images shown on the website or social media.

Boujee BD reserves the right to correct product information, update descriptions, revise prices, or remove products from the website at any time without prior notice.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout is completed.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team may offer:

  1. An alternative product.
  2. Store credit.
  3. Refund, if payment has already been made.
  4. Order cancellation, where applicable.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka.

Prices may change without prior notice due to stock availability, campaign offers, supplier cost, delivery cost, or business updates.

Discounts, offers, and promotional prices are valid only during the stated campaign period or while stock lasts.

Boujee BD reserves the right to correct any pricing error. If an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order or contact the customer before processing it.

6. Orders

Placing an order on the website means you are offering to purchase the selected product under these Terms and Conditions.

Boujee BD reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or hold any order if:

  1. Customer information is incomplete or incorrect.
  2. The product is out of stock.
  3. Payment is not completed or verified.
  4. The order appears suspicious or fraudulent.
  5. Delivery information is not valid.
  6. The listed price or product information contains an error.

Our team may contact you through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or social media to confirm order details before dispatch.

7. Payments

Boujee BD may accept payment through available payment methods shown at checkout or confirmed by our support team.

Payment methods may include:

  1. Cash on Delivery.
  2. bKash.
  3. Nagad.
  4. Bank transfer.
  5. Online payment gateway, if available.

For advance payment orders, the order will be processed after payment confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must pay the full payable amount to the delivery representative at the time of receiving the order.

Boujee BD does not ask customers to share sensitive payment information such as card password, PIN, or OTP.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other operational issues.

Standard delivery timeline:

  1. Inside Dhaka: usually within 48 hours after dispatch.
  2. Outside Dhaka: usually within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Some products, pre-order items, campaign orders, or high-demand items may require additional time.

Delivery charges will be shown at checkout or communicated by our team before order confirmation.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including full name, phone number, complete address, and any necessary delivery instructions.

Boujee BD will not be responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to receive the parcel.

9. Receiving the Order

Customers are requested to check the package condition before accepting delivery.

If the package appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or unusual, please contact Boujee BD immediately.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video after receiving your order. This helps us verify and resolve any claim faster.

10. Exchange and Return

Exchange and return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To request an exchange or return, customers must contact Boujee BD through WhatsApp or our customer support channel with:

  1. Order number.
  2. Customer name.
  3. Phone number.
  4. Product name.
  5. Clear photos or video of the product.
  6. Reason for exchange or return.

An item may be eligible for exchange or return if:

  1. The product was damaged during delivery.
  2. The wrong item was delivered.
  3. The wrong color or variant was delivered.
  4. The product has a visible manufacturing defect.
  5. The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

All returned items must include the original packaging, tags, accessories, dust bag, and any included items.

11. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

  1. Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  2. Items without original tags, packaging, or accessories.
  3. Items returned after the 48-hour request window.
  4. Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or poor storage.
  5. Items with slight color variation caused by lighting, screen settings, or photography.
  6. Items with minor measurement differences caused by manual measurement.
  7. Items purchased during clearance sale or final sale, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

12. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference.

If the replacement item has a lower price, the remaining balance may be issued as store credit.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, Boujee BD may offer an alternative product, store credit, or refund, depending on the case.

13. Return Process

After approval, the customer must return the product in secure packaging.

The item will be inspected after we receive it. Exchange, refund, or store credit will only be processed after the product passes our quality check.

If the returned item is found used, damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition, Boujee BD reserves the right to reject the request.

14. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 4 to 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds may be issued through:

  1. bKash.
  2. Nagad.
  3. Bank transfer.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide accurate payment details for the refund.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by a wrong, damaged, or defective item sent by Boujee BD.

15. Shipping Charges for Exchange and Return

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error from Boujee BD, we will cover the return or replacement shipping cost.

For size preference, color preference, change of mind, or customer-requested exchange, the customer must bear the return and reshipping cost.

16. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, the customer may request an exchange or return after receiving the product, subject to our Exchange and Return Policy.

Boujee BD reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations.

17. Quality Check Before Dispatch

Every Boujee BD order is checked before dispatch to ensure the product, color, quantity, and packaging are correct.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with proper proof so our team can review and resolve the issue.

18. Intellectual Property

All content on the Boujee BD website, including logo, images, product photos, design, text, graphics, layout, banners, and brand materials, belongs to Boujee BD or its respective content owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, edit, distribute, publish, or use any website content for commercial purposes without written permission from Boujee BD.

19. Third-Party Services

Boujee BD may use third-party services such as courier partners, payment gateways, analytics tools, social media platforms, and marketing platforms.

We are not responsible for service interruptions, errors, delays, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

20. Limitation of Liability

Boujee BD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from website use, product purchase, delivery delay, payment issue, courier issue, or customer misuse of a product.

Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

21. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing correct order, contact, delivery, and payment information.

Customers must also ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided delivery address.

Boujee BD will not be responsible for delay, failed delivery, or order cancellation caused by incorrect customer information or customer unavailability.

22. Privacy

Customer information is collected and used only for order processing, customer support, delivery, payment confirmation, marketing communication, and service improvement.

Boujee BD will not sell customer information to third parties.
